The social...

As you may know, Monroe Middle is having a social today! whhoooo-hooo!
I'm going, but mostly just so I can see Ms. Orr get dunked at the dunk tank. How awesome would that be? (Sorry, Ms. Orr!) But it will be pretty entertaining.

what NOT to do...

Okay, here is what NOT to do: DON'T forget to copy this code!

It's a funny (in MY opinion) clip involving the beatles... that's all I have to say about it.

I'm in love with youtube... it's not healthy.

Computer class

Alrighty then... I'm sitting in Ms. Orr's computer class, tragically bored. It really is tragic. I'm not joking. Fine, I am. I'm almost ALWAYS joking. Hey, laughter's important! AND it takes 43 muscles to frown, and only 17 to smile, so I guess I'm trying to help those 43 muscles remain UNactive. You should be smiling right now... unless of course you don't feel like it. Your emotion is not under my control. Anyway, now that I'm on the topic of laughter, I'd love to reference you all to a comedian named Demetri Martin. He's pretty darn funny. Here's a drawing made by him:

About me

Well, if you're reading this I guess you want to know some stuff about me. So here goes... something. All right, I'll start it with my name. My name is Emma, and I'm a little crazy I guess. I'm 5'8 (a bit tall, I know), 13 years old, and I love to play guitar. It's such a major part of my life right now. But I don't want to bore you to tears with a long speech about how great it is, so I'll move on. I also like reading, writing, listening to music, talking, laughing, planing hostile takeovers, and eating chocolate (occasionally). Okay, I was kidding about the hostile takeover thing....-or was I? I don't dislike much.... except homework and makeup work (thanks, Ms. Orr!), and any other school work. Don't get me wrong, education is important. But I really don't think I'll need Chinese history information in the future, or algebra (outside of class!). I really do like the social aspect of school though. So, that's it. Read my other blogs, stay in school, don't do drugs, blah blah blah...etc.
